I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I have to say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even remembered my room preference from my previous stay, which was a thoughtful touch. On top of that, they helped me organize a special birthday dinner in their restaurant, which was absolutely lovely. The service and the food were top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better celebratory meal.
This hotel is an excellent choice for families in search of a luxurious and convenient stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with great breakfast options. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us with transportation and providing impeccable service. The restaurant at the hotel was a great dining experience with servers who were attentive and hospitable. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city. The breakfast offering had a wide variety of items so it was easy to find something we liked.
The location was frustrating as it was far from the attractions that we wanted to see. The internet was spotty and it made it difficult to get our work done effectively.

If you're looking for a great stay in the beautiful Erzgebirge region, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring the area. the staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual, making it easy to communicate. the delicious breakfast and freshly brewed beer from the hotel's microbrewery are highlights of the stay. Rooms are comfortable, clean, come with good amenities and offer a pleasant view of the surroundings. the bathroom is spacious and well equipped to meet your needs. the Wi-Fi connectivity can be limiting for multiple devices.
